About Project
This MVP prototype for Laguna Properties was developed to show numerous methods that allow home buyers to locate properties and schedule showings. The mobile platform allows consumers to easily search for properties, contact the listing agents, schedule showings and assist with managing the buying process.
Functionality
- Property search: The mobile interface permits users to search and browse a wide selection of properties for sale or rent based on their desired location, price range, and property type.
- Real estate agent connect: The application provides users the ability to connect with local real estate agents and brokers to schedule showings, ask questions, and receive professional advice.
- Financing options: The application provides users with access to tools to calculate monthly payments based on the property's price, down payment, and interest rate.
