About Project
CBR Engineering is a prototype design was created to demonstrate a comprehensive solution for managing the repair and maintenance of Printed Circuite Boards (PCB's). The platform allows businesses to send and track repairs for damaged circuit boards, track the repair process, and receive updates on the status and delivery of the repair.
Functionality
- Diagnostic and Repair Reporting: The application enables the company to update and track any diagnosis and repair that customers can track in real-time.
- Inventory Management: The application provides tools for managing component inventory, metals, equipment, along with the tools needed for repairing circuit boards, including tracking of stock levels and re-ordering, when necessary.
- Customer Relationship Management: The application facilitates a database of customer information, including project history, contact information, and communication logs, as well track the repair history for each individual company.
